Many people create resolutions, but fail to keep/meet them. I believe that this happens for a few reasons. One, they set unrealistic goals. Two, they don't write the progress that they have made down. Three, because they don't see the progress that they have made (however small) they believe that they won't achieve their goal, so they give up. AND Four, saying you want to change something is much easier than actually do it. These reasons, I feel, are why people fall short of achieving their resolutions.
So this leads me to my own resolutions: Eating healthier, working out more, watching less TV, staying more connected with old friends, .......
