
Go for a run! What is the first thing that came to your mind when you read that? Mine first thought used to be, "Yeah, OK!" But since I have started working out again and running, I have never been more stress free! The feeling of accomplishment that I get after a long run is amazing. When you push yourself to the limit and succeed (succeed to your personal best), you feel like you can conquer the world! Now, I am not saying that I am not stress free during the day. But, if I am stressed and then go for a run/workout, my stress is diminished if not entirely gone! It is amazing how powerful "getting lost" can be!
So the moral of the story here is this...If you are feeling stressed and just need a break, go for a run, walk, bike ride, or something active. Because when you get done, you will feel rejuvenated and ready to tackle anything. Trust me
